Our Shooting Schedule

Our shooting schedule is very important, so that we know on the day exactly what we are doing. We start at 9.30 and end at 6.00, so we had to plan out our day and fit all our shots in and allow time for change of location with-in that.

Props an Costumes

The props we need are quite easy to get hold of fortunately, due to them being domestic. The car is being provided by our teacher at Hurtwood, and because it wasn't a issue about what car we needed, we can use any one's car. And the fake blood we can buy.

The costumes are very simple, the jogger will be wearing trackies and jumper and trainers which the actor and I can provide. The torture men just need dark clothing and they have those to wear already.
All these props are essential to help create realism and hopefully we can achieve this from using these props.

Casting Decisions

As a group we knew what image all our characters needed.
And we our lucky enough to have these actors available in Hurtwood. Our torture men needed to look threatening, and quite gangsta like, and we managed to find a few boys in the school which fitted this. For the girl that is jogging, we needed to have a good actor, and we found a Clarey who is a very good actor and also fits the character image well.

Target Audience

Ideally our target audience would preferably be teenagers. Due to the young girl being a target, I would have thought a young audience would be attracted to this, I certainly would be. I would have thought that the social class wouldn't matter, and also gender. It would think that it would be quite a uncomfortable thriller to watch, with the extremely bloody torture scene and the sudden capture of the young girl, out of the blue.
