The song to me shouts out colour, young love and happiness. So I think the cover should have colour, but should be simplistic, with a sing point. We have named the band, Paper Hearts, so would make sense to incorporate a paper heart.

This cd cover by Cat Power, is one I like. It has colour but is still very simple, with just a simple picture and simple wording.

The actual cd cover for the Young Love song by the Mystery jets is not so colourful but simple and means something.

Other cd cover I like the Florence and the Machine cover, it isn’t as simple, but every effective, with dull colours.

Having a cover that catches they eye will attracted people to look and what it is advertising. Even when buying online, it will still catch a person’s eye.
