Treatment for our video.

The song our group has chosen to do is Young love, by the Mystery Jets. This song is upbeat, happy and easy to listen to, with catchy lyrics.
Our video is set in a kitchen, the main singer of our band, works his way around making breakfast for the girl he is singing about in the song. The way we are going to indicate this is by having two trays, two slices of toast etc. we are going to have a rose on the tray, to incorporate some romance. The singer starts at the fridge, and then we pass objects, which take us to a scene, or the two together. We do this with pictures and at one point a menu, to have some narrative to the video. Throughout the video we get snapshots of the band playing which consists of four male instrumentalists and one female singer. The main singer and the female is what the narrative is based around, we don’t see the girl till the end of the video, so we keep the audience intrigued.
There are three main elements of the video, the main singer cooking breakfast in the kitchen, the flashbacks of the date they had, and seeing the band playing.
